While researching for an up and coming tv series today, we came across the new short film for JW Anderson featuring selects superstar Alex Dunstan... which we thoroughly enjoyed...

so thought we would share....

that

A) We love that more and more designers are using short films...our favourite so far is the miu miu below....

AND

B) We love Alex Dunstan...

Scouted by our dear friend Jane Duval early in 2009, Alex has quickly become one of the most talked about male models across London, Paris, Milan and New York. Having shot for Vogue Hommes Japan, Another man, I.D and Dazed all in the first six months of his career, it was clear that Alex was going to be a star. Having been photographed by some of the coolest photographers in the industry, Alex is now the face of Lanvin F/W 10...and certainly one to keep an eye on!!!

FREJA BEHA ERICHSEN

One of Largerfelds favourites, 19 campaigns, and having walked 43 shows in one season alone, no one can say that Freja doesn’t deserve to be this months Vogue cover girl. Known for her androgynous style, ambivalent boy/girl image and for having 16 tatoos, she is quickly becoming one of the select few models who are instantly recognizable to the general public.

With this in mind, I completely agree with Sarah Harris when she says that ‘there are some women in this world who are just cool, and Freja Beha Erichsen is one of them’, even in pictures she exuberates an ‘edge’ that it seems only she is worthy of.

Along with an unobtainable air of cool, it is also Freja’s amazing face that is responsible for creating such a buzz. At first glance she has a look of Hilary Swank, about her, but look deeper and you see only Freja… A young, carefree, Danish beauty, whose gorgeous olive skin, killer cheekbones and perfectly defined cupid bow lips would certainly part a crowd…then you notice her intriguing deep set brown eyes, which would without a doubt make the crowd want to follow. ..

In this story shot by Josh Olins, we are shown a fresh, soft and sophisticated side to Freja, this has to be juxtaposed (below) with her cover for Vogue Paris, where Freja naturally oozes sex appeal. She is so very versatile, which is key when making the transition from ‘model’ to ‘supermodel’…We are safe to say that Freja is there already, and ‘supermodel’ is where she will stay!!

This months Vogue cover girl, the new face of Hudson Jeans and my model of the month, is Georgia May Jagger... Like the majority of my favourite models Georgia has 'the gap'...and there is something about a gap in the teeth which I find incredibly attractive in a woman. But Georgia has more... beautiful full lips, and a wayward gaze, she's wholesome, fresh and a real character. 17, one major campaign under her belt and there will be many more to come...
